It is not mandatory to wear a face covering, however if you prefer to wear one then it is recommended that you bring your own.
A face covering is recommended for non climbers who want to help children in the climbing arena. Face coverings are optional for spectators.

Clip ‘n Climb is designed to be fun for EVERYONE regardless of ability! The difficulty of our challenges vary so there’s something for everyone to have a go at, from beginners to experts. Our staff will also be there to assist with those less confident.
Sessions comprise of a 15 minute safety briefing and harness fitting, followed by 55 minutes in the arena and 5 mins to debrief and remove your harnesses.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your session so we can ensure you are signed in and ready for briefing.
There is plenty of parking outside the site, however please note that the car park is managed by Parking Eye and there is a strict limit of 3 hours.
Please wear comfortable clothing and trainers.
Open toed shoes, boots or high-heeled shoes are not permitted in the climbing arena.
Long hair must be tied back and all loose jewellery, hats or hooded tops must be removed prior to climbing for safety reasons.
No, equipment is provided by us and there are no additional hire fees for this.
We have wheelchair access to the ground floor and a fully compliant rest room.
Yes, we have small lockers available at reception that are free to use. They are big enough for coats or a small bag.
Indeed we do. They are available to purchase over the phone or in person, and these can be posted to your home address for just a small surcharge to cover postage costs.
None climbing children/babies are not permitted in the climbing arena, however can watch with their parent/adult from the viewing platform.
